Shipping & Delivery
You should receive your order within 4-8 business days. We always ship the same day for orders completed before 1:00pm EST. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day. We ship UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. Shipping and handling is $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. If you order 6 or more items shipping is free UPS ground or parcel post only. Privacy & Security
We do not sell or give away any information about our customers to any entity. We collect only information needed to process your order.
Returns
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, just return your purchase to us for a refund, must be unused and returned in original packaging with all garment tags.

NOTE: Items are not considered "unused" if: (1) Has laundered, dry cleaned or washed them in any manner. (2) Has embroidered, screen printed, tailored or altered them in any manner from their original brand new state. (3) Has worn them beyond trying them on to check for a proper fit. (4) Has caused stain damage to them such as those caused by sweat, spilled liquids, ink, crayons, glue or anything else that can cause staining. For items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase or returned used, we do not provide refunds, merchandise credits, gift certificates or exchanges. On closeout and overstock items, we can only issue a merchandise credit or a gift certificate. Step 1: E-mail us at customerservice@ClothingFactoryOutlet.com. In your e-mail, please give us a brief description of why you are returning the items. Examples might be: too expensive, ugly, did not fit, changed my mind, etc. Please give us an honest reason for the return. This information is used to better serve you in the future. Also, be sure to include your order number and contact information.

Step 2: Return your purchase; postage paid, insured, unused and with the original packing materials and garment tags attached. If for some reason you can not e-mail us, then please include a written reason for the return on the original invoice or on a separate piece of paper.

Please allow us up to 14 business days to process your return. During the Christmas season it can take slightly longer.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, MasterCard and Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please allow an extra 10 days for shipping if you pay by personal check.
